Went back today, my sister and I have gone back 3 times in 3 days. The 2nd day we went back to return a gift I got for my coworker and the customer service was horrible. There was 2 women behind the counter that were rude and tried every way to not accept my return even when the receipt says 7 days. I am thankful the woman that was at the register was helpful and atleast tried while the others seem to not want to help. After that encounter my sister decided to return her items today in which we met 2 other employees, one was Alyana (may be spelling this wrong) and another woman who was training Alyana, they were both informative and helpful. Not sure what was going on yesterday but the customer service for this location was not cool yesterday at all. As someone is customer service I expect better and the fact that pricing displaying is confusing.

This Miniso store has become a favorite spot for my daughter and me. The team there is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming—it truly makes every visit special. We go often to shop for Sanrio items since my daughter is obsessed with Cinnamoroll and Pochacco, and every single time we walk in, we’re greeted with so much warmth and genuine joy. We actually used to visit a different location closer to home, but the customer service just didn’t compare. Ever since we found this store, Morgan, Nikhita, and Kaylee have made us feel like part of the Miniso family. That’s honestly why we don’t mind driving a bit farther—it’s worth it for the experience. I genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews because our experience has been nothing short of amazing—truly 10 stars. The staff always goes above and beyond, showing us the newest items and patiently helping my daughter explore everything (even if it does hurt my wallet a little, lol). One of my favorite parts is how they share in her excitement when she opens her blind boxes—it makes the whole experience even more fun and memorable. Good selection at the store, the employees are generally nice but unfortunately very unprofessional to a level I’ve never witnessed before in a store. They were sat in the aisles chit-chatting, taking up the entire floor, while boxes were laid out all over. At some point one of them said they were heading to the back room, to which all of them followed and left the cash register unattended. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but it was the strangest shopping experience I’ve ever had. Felt like I interrupted a high school club meeting.

The owner of this store needs to do something about his employees. I drove 45 minutes to this store to buy my niece some birthday gifts, Since this was her favorite store. While i was there shopping around, two other customers were trying to find help and no-one showed up, i immediately stopped shopping and started to look for an employee and it seemed like the store was empty. After driving all that time i decided to wait. I waited almost an hour, to see if someone who worked at the store would show up, and nothing. Only random ppl walking around the mall walked in and out the store. I finally gave up and decided to leave my items and go home.
